I visited Thornwood Mavis two weeks ago for tire change. I was about 15 minutes earlier.
Regardless, I made an appointment I still had to wait 2.5 hours. Why to make an appointment if you still have to wait? I left after repair and after I got to store about 20 minutes later, I realized all my quarters about $3 to $5 were stolen from cup holder, plus the whole roll of quarters ($10) under armrest. I came back to the shop, complained to manager, and the only response I received was “we need to investigate it” and his shrug of shoulder.
I sent an email with complain to Mavis, and received an “official number”. The next day I realized that also my phone charger cable was missing as well. I updated complain and … for two weeks no response at all. !!
I wonder when I get any response. I am missing about 13 to 15 dollars, plus charging cable worthy about 15-20 dollars.
