I got all 4 tires done on my truck.165 miles later my front left tire flew off because lug nuts were loose . so calmly I called them and they told me that everything was done correctly.

so there Is nothing they can or will do for me. they claim because I never went back in after 25 miles for a re torque its my fault. this has got to be the biggest crock of s*#t I have ever heard of.

I explained to the guy that I had my daughter in the truck with me and what if I ended up rolling the truck he says oh well nothing they can do. is there grounds for a lawsuit here ???

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: have them fix my fender door and lower control arm also replace the aluminum rim.

Location: Pawling, New York

Dude...hate to tell you, but (they claim because I never went back in after 25 miles for a re torque its my fault.)....=Yup, your fault. I word in the tire business and I tell even my own family this.

Sorry dude. Not their fault.

Not really, 125 miles is a long way to go before noticing a wobble. This happens a lot more than it should! Human error..just a plain lousy employee, distraction and forgetting to do it after the distraction.

But usually a person notices it within a few miles. It's happened to me personally twice in 30 years.

But I've never, ever considered going back to either place it happened..and told hundreds of people each time. That's how you TRULY get even, the ten factor!

For every ten people YOU PERSONALLY tell this to, they tend to tell ten people themselves! I can tell you this..both places it happened to me..are out of business, and this was before internet.
