I went to Mavis for a $60 oil change and when I went to pick up my car I had hundreds of dollars worth of bumper damage.I showed my car to the manager and they denied causing the damage, refused to fix and were more rude and unprofessional than any business I have ever dealt with.

I took my concerns to the corporate office and they were dismissive and condescending. Customer service and satisfaction are nowhere on their priority list. It's clear that they do not care about the customer at all. I don't recommend anyone go to Mavis.

I will never go to them again.Buyer Beware.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: That my car was damaged and i was disrespected.
