I went in today and asked if i could have my tire looked at because there was a screw stuck in it. I was aware they were very busy.

I just wanted to know if it could be plugged or if i need new tire. He would not even come out to look at my car. Told me i would need to schedule an appointment. He spoke very condescending towards me.

I will never use this establishment again. They have gone way down in customer service since they switched from STS.

I drove 5 miles away and a local place had my tire plugged in 5 minutes. Not only will i never be back to this location, i will make sure everyone i know doesnt go there either.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
