Caution all vehicle owners

This company is crap and too damn expensive. They broke my keyfob and failed to replace it, put too much oil in my vehicle causing my vehicle to smoke and stop. When replacing front axle, they cause more more problem in which they attempted to tell me it was my catalytic converter, not knowing my catalytic converter was replaced in the past. The lies they tell. I'm planning on taking them to small claims court. The key fob cost $400 to replace. Was told that was not a shop problem.

Unprofessional and Rude Was a costumer of mavis several times at different locations each location had terrible service. Making an appointment is pointless they dont even seem to write that down or even know why your there after you schedule with them orderd tire for my son went to get it with a scheduled appointment time waiting for 30 min just to find out tire was never shipped They should really call there customers with this information and reschedule

They're supposed to do an oil change balance my tires and do alignment get my truck this morning it pulls to the right and it bounces when you go 70 miles an hour they said they put new windshield wipers on it but the windshield wipers were sitting in my seat when I got in the truck I called them up they said we can't get to you right now I am a custom and you tell me you can't get to me right now I paid my hard-earned money and now I don't even know if you done anything you tell me to come back tomorrow when I should be the first in line to make sure y'all do stuff right do the people even care that work there I will never never recommend y'all send anybody your way very poor management they should make sure the stuff is done right

Well its sad I raised four kids and not one has lied to me because every lie has a cause for more lies. Jonathan Graham regional manager and Randy store manager over the east main st store in Spartanburg SC had problems with sensors that I bought from them they couldnt get them to read long story short I only got back 80% of my refund for something that they cant fix.

They never got my sensors to work at all I paid a total of 304.00 with my own tires and rims all they had to do out new sensors in and tires on my car. All I got was lies he said they said stuff come on own up to the mistake fix it and we move on. NOT ONE PERSON APOLOGIZED for my inconvenience at all made how many trips to the store corporate phone calls and all corporate tells me that the regional manager is the one that has to handle my problem. He was problem you mean to tell me that the average consumer have no options to speak to anyone else above their heads.

What happy to owning up and saying Im sorry we apologize for what happen nope the only one that said anything of a short was Hunter he actually said he was sorry. I nor my family members will never do business with this company every again.

What happen to apologies and owning up to mistakes it still goes along way for some of us. Done period Firestone will continue to get my business if they make a mistake theyve always apologized and owned up to it..maybe Mavis tire could learn a few things from them like great customer service.

Forgot to tighten Axel Nut, completely broke my car!

Went to New Milford, CT Mavis. I purchased new tires and they broke the rod that the lug nut goes on.

Instead of just turning the wheel and replacing it appropriate way, they took off the hub and loosened the axel nut which they forgot to tighten. My car broke down and I had to get it towed. I had to get a new axel, wheel barring, rotor. I had to front $2,600 to get it fixed.

Now they don't want to pay part of the bill due to their negligence. Their customer service regional manager, was not helpful at all acted like this happens all the time and he didn't care that this happened and effected my life for a week at all. I could have been in an accident with my two children. As it was, we were stranded all day with no car due to no rentals being available.

As They also added way too much air to my tires and I had to get air let out to make them correct.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an auto place. The technicians we very unprofessional and I had a bad feeling leaving after my car was finished.

Hello Mavis Tire and Break today we had a flat tire and when we took it back to my store here in Spring Hill, Fl. we were told that we would have to pay for the new tire, and was told that the valve stems was old and that was the problem.

The man said we would have to buy a new tire which he ordered for me. Why when these tires were mounted, balanced and more and sadly they are only a few months old and I'm still making payments on them. I was going to buy tires for my grandson's truck but now I will wait to see what they are going to do about my nearly new Tres.

I truly hope you will make it right by me. Thank-You.

I applied for a job, and was turned down because my religious obligations do not permit me to work Friday nights nor Saturdays as an observant Jew.
So they withdrew the offer, and recommended I take an inferior position with a substantial pay decrease with bonuses which resemble slave wages for the untrained and novice.
Not only am I qualified for the position, I am technically over qualified; as one manager said "you see those guys there, they're no rock scientists, but if they found out we accommodated your religious needs, then they'll hate you for it, and demand the same consideration from us even though they have never seen the inside of a church in their life."

This place is run by the dumbest people on the face of the planet, SERIOUSLY!!! This is the 2nd appointment I scheduled with these *** only to show up and be told it was going to be a long wait and that I should just drop it off.

Apparently they had a bunch of walk ins which seem to override a scheduled appointment which is just flat out retarded! People schedule appointments so they can plan there day accordingly. It would

appear that the owners of Mavis tire are too damn stupid to figure that out. Whats the point on scheduling an appointment if someone can walk in off the street without an appointment and take your slot?

So what Im supposed to call and inconvenience someone else now to come pick me up because Mavis tire cant take there heads out of there *** and figure out how a scheduled appointment works? When I initially scheduled the appointment I told them that I was going to be waiting, and that I needed to be somewhere by noon in which they told me they would get me right in. This is the 2nd time they did this to me. Diesel fuel isnt cheap so I wasted fuel twice now.

Id like to get some compensation for that as its not my fault these *** except walkins for everything. Thats gotta be the most idiotic thing Ive ever heard of. What is this a hair salon?

I will never EVER go to a Mavis tire as long as I live and I will absolutely go out of my way to spread the word to everyone to stay as far away from this place as they can. Horrible horrible experience!!!

After numerous complaints about air pressure loss, a woman in charge said it was the weather. Twice. Even though it was only one tire. After a complaint to corporate they got me in. Still leaking. I took it to my mechanic found the small puncture and fixed it. Mavis owes me 23.60 for the repair. I may not return. Which Ill never see

MAVIS TIRES AND BRAKES THE WORST TIRE PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Avoid this place at all cost online or in-store will leave your car unsafe, you angry without any way to get eas retribution, you will have to make multiple trips to get it fixed and you may still have lasting problems. MAVIS TIRE AND BRAKES needs employee replacement and training. My car still isn't safe or performing as good as before after $800 for 4 sailun tires i bought online smh!

4 new stems 2 new sensors that were working originally, a balance and alignment! What a shame MAVIST TIRES AND BRAKES.. Now my alignment and balance are causing my car to drift and tires to shake after tipping and stating and showing video that my alignment was fine don't touch it this is a fairly new car. The african american manager stated i will hook you up.

Then came back and said yeah your alignment is good i thought it would be off because you had some fender damage and did not even put it on the receiptthat he looked at my alignment. He actually put customer refused alignment. Well the alignment is off now thanks to mavis. I purchased new stems because the manager Said I needed them.

I said ok. First lie. I leave after it took them 3 hours to put on the tires with only 2 customers at the shop the entire time. First time I had to return because 1 sensor wasn't reset and 1 new tire was low they charged me 100 dollars for 2 new sensors I did not need that worked before.

now after mavis fixed them my cars 2 tire sensors were still off and the tire pressure was even lower but i assumed the leak was at the least fixed. And as far as the sensor still being on the mevhanic and the Caucasian manager assured me that if i drive it the lights would began to show the tire pressure which if you work on tires you know this is a known lie. This was lie 2 and 3. So I return again about the sensor and also they had not replaced the tire stems they said I needed and I still have a leak on my brand new tires .

The manager comes Back with lie 4 and 5 which is why I am here. He said they didn't change the stems because 2 of then were stripped. So the changed the tire and kept the old stems on the new tire and after I had to forcibly teach the tech how to use their tool to reset the tire light for the $100 sensors I did not need. He still claimed my old sensors were bad.

MAVIS MAVIS MAVIS. Sad POOR SERVISE POOR WORKMANSHIP. Also upon arrival employees were cursing and using racial slurs as terms of endearment openly infront of me and the Caucasian manager then the African American manager urged the mechanics several times to stop and be professional after joining in the vulgarity originally.

The last time I went and reason I won't go back to get my cars alignment and balance fixed properly is because while waiting to get the leak fixed on my smack brand New Sailun pro tires, i hear the employees yelling to the African american manager threats like "Yall better start paying us employees what we are worth!" Im thinking in my head is that a threat towards mavis or the customers? Mavis gets a negative -10 in reviews.
