I was treated very poorly at Mavis tire. First time there and the very last. Their boss Colby said rude things to me which I will not get into detail. He has no customer service what so ever. Failed my inspection because my windshield wiper is getting worn after our dispute.

I called the DM about the treatment I recived and he apologized he also gave me a free tire rotation and oil change. Thank you for that. He also said the Ballston spa GM Roco would be expecting me. I come in when I have the time no one was aware and they were complaining about me and when they saw me looking through the garage window they would stop and shake their heads. Arrived an half hour early for tire installation with my daughter whom i was purchasing the tires for,after speaking to the asst. manager and explain I just wanted tires installed and not interested in any courtesy checks. The onus is on you the customer to ask for Mavis to run the warranty claim. Then you must be very diligent to make sure they save the tires. I'm sitting here now in the Mavis in Hopewell Junction. I had my car towed here on Friday afternoon. It's now Tuesday. The problem was a rim and a tire. They called me last night to tell me that it's done. I cannot pick it up because I am at work. So I come this am, and low and behold...... I have a flat tire! Had 4 new tires put on and within 2 days 4 weights fell off. Bring it back and for the weights. Place is dead no cars workers on their phone not doing anything and took at least 25 min just to pull the car in. Terrible service. Read more

I came into Mavis Western lights today the 1st. time at about 11:00am. I told the during this time that I needed an inspection and an oil change. I used Mavis Tire in Amherst, NY and purchased at what I thought was a deal (ended up only saving $4 per tire) 2 years ago. I went in 18 months later with a nail in my tread and asked them to fix. They came out and told me that they would not be able to fix the tire and that I would need to purchase 2 new tires. I visted the Queensbury,NY store in April of this year and had a negative experience. As a result, Greg B. in their corporate office contacted me and offered me a $50 voucher towards my next visit.
